The Blue Marlin Hotel, perched atop a green hill in the welcoming town of Scottburgh, with breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean, is proud to be able to present the 6th public Dance of The Butterfly Event, which will take place on Saturday 22nd October 2016 and coincides with the internationally recognized “Breast Cancer Awareness Month”.
Already launched in Santa Monica, USA earlier this year, Entertainment Manager for the Blue Marlin Hotel, Lana Lauderdale says “We are delighted to be supporting this initiative here in KZN, which is not just about wearing a pink ribbon, but rather, empowering audiences, including a dash of light entertainment for our guests through a flamboyant fashion show. We are also donating proceeds through the event ticket sales and campaign memorabilia, all to support brave warriors who are battling with cancer. Our guests will be a definite combination of men and women, (as October generally focuses on women only) being health enthusiasts, cancer warriors, caregivers and members of the media and public. Addi Lang was the key note speaker at our very successful Secretaries Day event last year, where she spoke about the Forever Changed Global Awareness Campaign and the making of her 50 minute Forever Changed Documentary, our guests are sure to find enormous value in attending this event and meeting her in person.”
Following in the footsteps of other celebrity ambassadors including legendary Natalia Da Rocha, Cindy Alter, Emmanuel Castis and Casey Kampel, the Celebrity MC for this event is Diolan Govender..
